Eclipse Colorer 0.7.1

All,

I've just release Eclipse Colorer 0.7.1 which fixes a known problems
with text editor scrolling performance and line numbers showup in
colorer's text editor.

Available via Eclipse update site or sf.net download.

Please note that this version contains HRC base from CVS HEAD, so
there could be potential bugs.
